Authoring Questions

Accreditests makes creating your own questions and tests easy.

Questions are simply created through a form style submission and can be made up of text, images and answer type (radio buttons for single answer questions, checkbox for multi answer etc.). There is an option to randomise the answer options for each candidate. A question time out can be set for each question. Single and multi answer questions will be marked automatically.

If you have existing e-document based tests (eg. Word. Powerpoint etc.), you can simply copy and paste the content directly into Accreditest to distribute the tests online immediately.

Authoring Tests

Tests are created by entering your own test name or choosing from our library of standard tests.

Questions may be mandatory or random (e.g. 20 random questions out of a pool of 40 questions). A random number of questions from the central pool provides a great anti-cheating feature. Optional ‘information pages’ can be added. Tests can be edited at any time.

Activating Tests

Once a candidate has been registered, they can be activated for a test, immediately or later providing there are sufficient credits on the customer account. Tests can be reactivated for failed candidates without charge.

Marking a Test

The candidate and the admin receive a fully informative email with complete test results.

Monitoring Usage

A weekly email report is issued showing all Accreditest registrations and tests taken during that week. This allows administrators to control monthly usage budgets and check levels of remaining credits.

Custom training material

Accreditest can help you develop custom training material to fit into your testing procedure. This is usually bespoke and we would quote depending on work involved. This material can be accessed from the Accreditest server by the candidate prior to test taking if required.
